If you are able to keep your bad cholesterol levels to below 100 you will be able to get healthy and live a happy and healthier life. To achieve these levels, all that you need to do is to exercise and consume a diet that does not contain saturated fats.



It is also important to not tolerate Trans fats which are found in foods like crackers, cookies, shortenings and also in margarine. These foods that contain too much of trans fats will increase the risk of a heart disease.



You should also try and get about eight hours or more of sleep each day. If you do not get enough sleep you will be at risk of developing psychiatric problems. Finally, to get fit, you must also take good care of your teeth and you should also floss them. Healthy teeth mean that you will not be at risk of any heart diseases. So, be sure to take good care of your teeth.
